Group Classes

At Nexus Physical Therapy we believe in health and fitness. We are movement specialists who train the body to be a well-balanced machine. Whether you're training, competing or just living, our bodies develop patterns of tightness, weakness and over dominance. Our goal is to eliminate this and develop absolute strength, power, speed and agility.

Our group classes are programmed for your success and each member is individually assessed by our trainers for ultimate accomplishments and pain-free progress.
