Chad was born and raised in Indiana in a family with 3 sisters. He moved to the San Diego area in the early 1980's. He became interested in Physical Therapy due to his long-time interest in working out and personal training. He attended Loma Linda University from 1994 through 1997 graduating with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
